Blog 43 Full Moon

Gentle hands of the unseen wind

pushes the veils of thready milky clouds

to reveal

a moon –

so sensuous, so full,

so white and luminous.

A lone queen,

resting, self-assured

in the generous and expansive

arms of the night sky.

And below,

the tree-tops sway,

a dance of silhouette –

dark, and yet, not quite.

A night that breathes

the restful quality

of being in your arms.
